THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIREMENTS THAT YOU AS THE DEFENDANT MUST MEET WHILE ON BOND WITH THIS COMPANY:

2. I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I GET ARRESTED FOR ANY REASON THAT NEW BRAUNFELS/LONE STAR BAIL BONDS HAS THE RIGHT TO GET OFF ALL MY BAIL BONDS. THIS WOULD END NEW BRAUNFELS/LONES START BAIL BONDS' LIABILITY AND TERMINATE OUR BAIL BOND AGREEMENT.

3. EVERY TUESDAY I WILL CHECK IN ONLINE WITH THE NEW BRAUNFELS BAIL BONDS FORM AT HTTPS://WWW.NEWBRAUNFELSBAILBONDS.COM/CHECK-IN/ TO VERIFY MY WHEREABOUTS. IF I DO NOT CHECK IN WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD, I UNDERSTAND NEW BRAUNFELS BAIL BONDS WILL FILE FOR RELEASE OF SURETY AND REQUEST A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST. I GIVE UP ALL RIGHTS TO ALL COLLATERAL AND BOND FEES IN THIS EVENT.

4. IF MY EMPLOYMENT, ADDRESS, PHONE, MARITAL STATUS OR ATTORNEY CHANGE, I WILL NOTIFY NEW BRAUNFELS BAIL BONDS IMMEDIATELY VIA EMAIL AT [email protected] AND I WILL CONTACT THE COURTS TO UPDATE THEM ON ANY CHANGE OF MY ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER WHILE ON BONDS.
